Thought I'd revive my poor little neglected blog. I've been thinking about it a lot, so now it's time to start posting all the things I love. I'm currently trying to plan my garden design and here's a couple of gardens on my inspiration board. I like clean lines, standard trees, lots of green and a touch of colour - although that's not evident here! If anyone has any good blogs they could reccomend for garden design, let me know - I've been finding it hard to find inspiration.

Sometimes life is joyous, full of adventures and fun times. Other times it's tough, with days filled with anxiousness, worry and sadness. When things are out of your control, it's easy to feel down with feeling helpless, but I love his quote that reminds me to try not to worry and focus on the fact that times change, hurts heal and things will get better. This will be my mantra for the tough times.
A trip to Wellington to see my brother and his girlfriend, including lunch at a lovely cafe, and a walk with beautiful harbor views.
A niece's birthday party and the birthday cake I made. I was super happy with how it turned out, it looked lovely and tasted delicious, even if I do say so myself.
A run through the autumn leaves. Even though it's sometimes hard to go out and run when it's cold, it always feels so good as soon as my legs start moving. Especially when things look so beautiful in autumn.
This little trouble maker Pippa. She's always into mischief but she's so cute and loves to cuddle I can't stay mad at her for too long.
